Ray’s Chicken Kitchen is the brick-and-mortar evolution of the popular Oklahoma City food truck, Chef Ray’s Street Eats. Created by Chef Ray Wilson, the restaurant serves scratch-made fried chicken tenders and sandwiches inspired by flavors from around the world, including Nashville hot, Korean gochujang, and Italian-style fried chicken. Paired with Southern-inspired sides and Chef Ray’s famous banana pudding, every dish is crafted with high-quality ingredients and a passion for bold, comforting flavors.
